Telephone surveys are used to provide quantitative information, including demographics. This method is best used when a broad cross section of respondents is desired.

 
A company wanted to identify its customers as compared to the marketplace in general. Using a telephone survey, they were able to build a demographic profile of their customers as well as those of their competitors, why people chose to do business with a particular company and which media was best used to attract particular segments of the population.

We will monitor and supervise the field service to ascertain that the survey flows smoothly and that the desired information is being obtained. Upon completion of the fieldwork, we will input the data and provide you with cross tabulations, data files for your in-house usage, a written report and presentation with recommendations.
